What a wonderful evening on July 12, 2025, with Miriam K. & Friends! A great atmosphere, conviviality, and fun made the evening complete; one visitor even brought her accordion and played along!

When Miriam K. picks up her guitar and sings her own songs, an atmosphere is created that gets under your skin. Her songs speak of life, of new beginnings, longing, and quiet hope – with a voice that is both genuinely touching and empowering. She is supported by the charismatic guitarist Lutz Straßenroller, whose delicate playing carries the songs into new soundscapes, and by violinist Mandina (mandina.de), whose expressive violin guides the pieces like a second narrative heart.

Together they form a trio that creates powerful emotions from handcrafted music—sometimes gentle and fragile, then powerful and captivating. Anyone who loves singer-songwriter music, where every word carries weight and every note finds its own place in the room, will never forget this evening.

Here's a little recap of the weekend before last, on May 24th, with Ralf Mönnikes Band! A fantastic concert, a cheerful and large audience – an all-around successful evening!

And another little look back at last weekend with two special musicians, the Jaana Redflower Acoustic Rock Duo. Perfect musical performances with original and cover songs, along with readings from Janaa's books, made this evening an all-around fantastic experience for an enthusiastic audience! A "next time" is already being planned, and we're already looking forward to it!

Looking back on a great concert on March 15th... Dieter Bornschlegel was once considered one of the best rock guitarists in Germany and played with bands such as “GuruGuru” and “Atlantis” - nowadays he is on tour with his solo program and enchants audiences with his virtuoso playing on the guitar with astonishing soundscapes and songs.

We look back on a wonderful evening with an enthusiastic audience! We're already looking forward to the next one!

On Saturday, August 10, Matthias "Matze" Nagel took a wonderful audience on a journey through the worlds of his songs. At times powerful and vibrant, at times thoughtful and quiet, his music invited listeners to dream, but also to resonate and sing along. 

Matthias "Matze" Nagel already thrilled his audience at Hanaa's Lounge last year, and he's now a fixture in the region as well. Whether with soulful original songs or virtuoso covers, Matze Nagel's live performance is an absolute listening pleasure, guaranteed to give you goosebumps. 

Matthias Nagel started out as a street musician and now plays in bars, pubs, cafés, small concert halls, and at festivals throughout Europe. He describes his musical style as cross-genre folk pop, characterized by his own songs and lyrics.

His solo debut album, "Tomorrow We'll See," was released on March 25, 2022, by Timezone Records. The follow-up album, "Moon Stories," was released on March 17, 2023, also by Timezone Records.

We'd like to express our sincere thanks to the fantastic artists and the wonderful audience who made this evening so special. We're already looking forward to the next one!

They describe their music as "melodic beat-rock-pop-folk-jazz-blues." Thoughtful lyrics are intended to inspire listeners to discover a deeper meaning in life and—as the band name suggests—their own spirituality. 

That evening, they rocked Hanaa's Lounge for the second time in front of a large and enthusiastic audience that couldn't stay in their seats any longer and that ended up demanding one encore after another with enthusiastic applause!

Sänger und Songwriter HW Quast kommt aus der Independent-Hardcore-Scene Hannovers der 80er und 90er Jahre und hat schon früh Musiker wie Johnny Cash, Frank Zappa und die Scorpions getroffen. In späteren Jahren teilte er die Bühnen mit Bands wie den Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Dave Grohl, Bad Religion, Primus, NoFX, den Bad Brains, Henry Rollins u.v.m. .

Drummer JM Hensch is well known in the North German music scene through numerous bands and music projects.

DON—or the "Duo Without a Name"—definitely made a name for themselves in Schwalenberg on Saturday evening, July 13, 2024, and this fantastic concert will surely remain in the memories of many!

Malcolm Beresford (drums, percussion and vocals) and Michael Casel (guitar and vocals) are no longer unknown on regional stages.

Performing cover songs from the past 60 years and across many genres, the two were able to enthrall a fantastic and large audience with their music and perfect interplay, so much so that the concert ran on for an extended period, and no one wanted them to stop. Playing for a long time wasn't difficult for the two – a perfectly coordinated team with a very extensive repertoire – with this audience.

Malcom and Michael also really enjoyed their stay with us, and we'll definitely see them again soon! We're looking forward to it.

One man, one voice and his guitar!!

On April 13th, we were able to experience a truly fantastic concert and a wonderful evening with Pete Alderton!

The Paderborn-based singer and songwriter with British roots impressed his enthusiastic audience with his distinctive voice, his outstanding guitar playing and his very own style, which musically interprets and combines R&B, soul, pop and blues in a unique way.

Und hier noch ein schöner Jahresrückblick … Am 22. Dezember 2023 durften wir unsere schönen Räume zum Abschluss noch für eine private Geburtstagsfeier zur Verfügung stellen.

A sooo beautiful, exuberant and very atmospheric evening, with LIVE music from DoubleU AC (Connie and Andreas), favorite request playlist and MEGA great catering from “Weine im Polhof” from Schwalenberg!
