Jaana sagt selbst über ihr Jaana Redflower Akustik Rock Duo:

"We're from the Ruhr area and play a colorful mix of retro hard rock, blues, soul, and alternative rock; we like to play a mix of our own songs and cover songs.

Our specialty: guitar-driven songs with plenty of oomph, catchy melodies, and a retro flair. Plus, plenty of live experience. This is something for everyone who loves good, handcrafted music outside the mainstream, with a lot of punch behind it."

Jaana Redflower is originally from Mülheim an der Ruhr, studied communication design at Folkwang University in Essen (with a focus on art), and now lives in Witten. She works as a musician, artist, and author, both solo and with bands, and teaches guitar.

This evening, she will read from her books, alternating between singing and rocking the stage with her Jaana Redflower acoustic rock duo. The artist will be happy to answer questions after the reading and concert.
